With this all-inclusive service, we will analyze your leasing staff to make sure they are on point and conduct a market study. We inspect the property, maintenance facilities and leasing office, including a file audit. As part of this service we will “interview” the staff to see how they are really managing your assets.

This service includes a complete audit of financials. After completing this review you will receive a comprehensive report addressing all areas and providing suggestions for improvements.

This package is suggested to be completed quarterly on troubled properties or when staff changes are made.
